The centre of Madrid hosts SFJ6, a 102-unit social rental housing project by MARMOLBRAVO and MADhel architects that aims to humanise the urban scale and promote interaction among residents. A series of openings and patios connect the dwellings to their surroundings and provide communal spaces, whose emotional ambience has been enhanced through plant elements and natural materials such as earth plaster and traditional ceramics. Parklex Prodema natural wood soffit adds warmth to the entrance halls and exterior galleries while ensuring the sustainability, durability, and resistance standards required by the project.
