The Hogar Gerontológico in Bogotá, Colombia, is a retirement home with a modern, efficient and sustainable design.
The building’s environmentally-friendly features include solar panels, LED lights, a treatment plant for reusing water and an open layout that encourages natural light and ventilation. The PARKLEX PRODEMA cladding on the exterior of the building provides thermal insulation and regulates the interior temperature.
The Pale finish of these panels creates an eye-catching facade, whilst their PEFC certification guarantees they were sourced from environmentally responsible forests.
