The Li Ka Shing Learning and Knowledge Center is the new School of Medicine building at Stanford University.
The centre brings together traditional and innovative learning spaces under one distinctive red roof, which is cladded in PARKLEX PRODEMA panels with a Rubi finish. They are composed of a high-density bakelite body, treated wood veneer and an outer film that protects them from solar radiation, atmospheric agents and dirt.
The centre’s design won the Excellence in Landscape Architecture prize at the 2013 Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) Excellence Awards. The awards aim to shine a light on design excellence for colleges and universities.
李嘉诚学习与知识中心（Li Ka Shing Learning and Knowledge Center）是斯坦福大学医学院的新教学楼。
中心在一顶标志性的红色屋顶下汇集了传统与创新的学习空间。屋顶覆盖着 PARKLEX PRODEMA Rubi 色面板——由高密度电木基材、处理木皮与外层保护膜构成，可抵御太阳辐射、气候侵蚀与污损。
中心的设计获得了 2013 年高校规划协会（SCUP）卓越奖的景观设计卓越奖。该奖项旨在表彰高等院校设计领域的杰出成就。
